I will be 67 in July and have been riding since I was 15 years old. I have a 1984 Yamaha RZ350 and just bought a 2013 Tuono V4. My son is in Florida, races vintage 2-stroke and, has a Ducati 889 for the street. (We co-own a TZr250 that we are going full race mode with, installing a SP engine and stripping it for the track. He has a Yamaha RD350 & Aprilia RS250 that he races.) My son highly recommended the Tuono for me, and I'm glad he did. It makes my *** laugh! What a beast!

Glad to see you're enjoying the Tuono. I'm 64 and am looking to purchase a naked bike in 2021. I've also ridden since young (12 yo) off and on road, and am looking for something to have a little fun on. I've got a '99 BMW if I need to go any distance. Enjoy!

Ride before you buy if you can. These bikes are built to go fast, period! And watch out for cops.

Quick question, has anyone had problems in the heat with the bike getting too hot? Just read a thing that the v4’s are prone to overheating
