Hi all

I've recently purchased a 2010 Tuono Factory (Black Dream colours) and also ride a CBR600F Sport.

I'm known as Bird on a few forums but that name was already taken :unhappy so registered as Birdy instead.

I live in the North West and have been riding about 4.5 years...not taken the Tuono out yet so don't know what I've quite let myself in for but hoping to take her out on a maiden voyage tomorrow :thumbup

Welcome to the forum dude.
You won't like the bike, it has no power, needs a fistfull of throttle to get it going, won't wheelie, handles like a wheel barrow.
And if you believe that..... enjoy the ride out tomorrow.

Hi Bird.... welcome aboard !
Hope you got your suspension sorted.... enjoy your new toy..

:)

greetings and salutations dude :thumbup you didnt buy it off a little fat fella Astley way did ya :lol

Wecome aboard and big Congrats bird- that's a beaut- you won't regret buying that

I don't know how you've contained yourself

Where in the NW are you from??

Reecy

Welcome mucker, hope it stays dry fir yer tomorrow. :thumbup

Thanks for the welcome guys :) Went out today, loved it! Not scary like I thought it would be, very easy to ride actually! The side stand is pathetic lol, so put the American one straight on when we got back :thumbup

Struggled with the clutch though as my hands aren't big enough :(

I'm in Lancs Reecy, not far from you really...although isn't Southport in Merseyside lol :T Went to Southport today actually! We go there most Wednesdays so thought it's best to stick to a route I knew.

My CBR will be up for sale as I can't think of any time I'd want to take it out over the Tuono! It's intoxicating, just want to ride her more!

I was looking at buying the one up this way but went for one down South instead, was a trek and a half to pick it up.

Hey Birdy-there's a little bit of southport that is in Lancashire, not far from the Morris Dancers pub

Good fun starts now, the T is bonkers-- I can't smile wide enough when I am out on mine

Cool, glad to know the fun won't end :) Think I've finally found "the one".

Need to get it on a trickle charger though as the battery keeps going flat lol...the clocks were cloudy as well, argh! Heard there's a fix for that but requires a bit of fettling. Welcome to Italian bike ownership I guess :lol
