hi to all im new here and just got a 2000 mille two weeks ago and love it is there anything i need to look out for ? its also fitted with maxis tyres which seem pretty good so far and i have also put a carbon can co exhaust on the bike and there are no flat spots and fueling seems not to be altered in any way many thanks Ralph

Welcome Ralph.
Have a good read through the common mods threads. Lots of good stuff on them that applies to gen 1 bikes. On a bike of that age I expect most important stuff has already been done, mine was pretty much sorted when I bought it.

Many thanks Rob I will have a good look through the site as time goes on, cant fault the bike to be honest went for a good run on it yesterday and it ran faultless and i cant belive how good the handleing is on these bikes also im 6ft 2in and they are good for tall riders.

Hi they were already on the bike and they are the supersport ones and seem very good so far
