Good evening lads and lases
I've just purchased one of the last TUONO twins before the V4 on a late 2011 reg. Having just swapped it for my KTM super duke, yet another great bike.
Only ridden it home up till now but first impressions are good, only down fall is insurance, I'm 45 with 20+ years experience and they want £767 (not so good)
So who do you insure you bike with?
Hope to see some of you on the road soon.
Antwon

Welcome, I would strongly suggest you change insurers now!
I just renewed mine and swapped to Bennets from Carole Nash who wanted 220. An 52 years young

welcome to the forum pal,

i was 45 when i insured the tuono, with bennetts, and no no-claims, £170

Welcome mate .
Thats bloody nuts , was paying £80 for the Gen II and only £180 for the V4 , 45yrs old but look 55 !!!

Welcome mucker.

I'm that old and doddery I can't remember who I'm insured with but it's peanuts compared to your quote.

I usually end up changing my broker every year simply because they try to rip the pish.

When the renewal letter comes in I just go looking for alternative quotes, usually at some online comparison site.

What I have noticed is that I can often end up with the same insurers but at a fraction of the original broker's quote.

It does pay to shop around,,,,I should know,

Good afternoon people
I spoke to Bennetts today and the best that they can do is £203.55, so its getting a bit better.

if you can get that quote direct from Bennets you will get it at least 20% cheaper on line.
