Just wondering to clear up the rear brake issue will a new set which relocate the M/C permanently solve this issue or only make it longer between bleeding. If so any suggestions on which to get, i have 06 factory.

It's a permanrent fix.
Choice wise? You pays yer money and takes yer chances...
DanMoto..about £125....up to Sato and Gilles about £380
Have a look at Griffs Aprilia Performance ones...istr about £240?

Cheers, it would be between the griff and danmotos, griff is nearby to me but what of the danmoto ones? anyone got any ,there from china, but dont look terrible.

I had a bit of a google on the danmoto ones (not just for Aprilia bikes). The only problem I could find was that the anodised finish was not as hard as it could be. Generally people seem to be happy with them for the price. I've not seen the ones Griff does but heard that they are very well made and all parts available as spares too.

Rob :)

I have no idea what the danmoto ones are like but I was at Griffs yesterday and had a look at his rearsets and they are excellent plus hes near you and if you ever had a problem he would sort it. If it was my money I'd spend it with him.

Whilst were on the subject they really know their stuff at Aprilia Perfomance and are all nice blokes into the bargain. If it wasnt 120 miles from my house I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.:thumbup

can't speak for the rearsets but the rear brake works

is it not us thats the first thing off lol

I can’t speak for the rearsets since that was the setup when purchased. However, the rear brake works fine without all the inherent brake issues reported by many folks on this site. That was my point posting the pictures………but I’ll take your observation about quality specific to rearsets as valid…
