Hey Guys,
I had a little slip when i took my 2004 tuono to the track last year, it didnt come off too bad apart from to the tank which has made the paint all chip off which will need repairing and paiting and it has put a very faint hair line fracture on the front fairing so i thought i might as well take the rear section off too and paint it all.
The colour at the moment is that cream/white standard colour which to be honest i have never been keen on so though about painting it all gloss black and maybe trying to find some decals to fit on, what you guys think to this idea? and anyone know of anywhere to buy decals?
does a painted bike scream crash damage when i come to sell it? or its a plus point being different to the other tuonos out there?
or does anyone else have another idea? i would like to funky paint job but i guess this would be airbrushing and cost a small fortune?
thanks for your help, i dont know much about repainting bikes.
Cheers.

In my opinion :-
Generally people suspect a bike that has had any sort of paint work has been in an accident of some sort.

Although a really good paint job may look the dogs bollocks, in general people will steer clear & look for something standard.

Changed mine over from white/red to black silver, but i have kept all the original panels nd tank, come sale time...

cheers guys, keeping the same colour sounds like the way to go then, cheaper too.

Garry that looks sweet but expensive too, not worth it on a gen 1 tuono i dont think, i need to upgrade to a gen 2 soon :)
