Hi Borderline, glad you are enjoying your bike! I have an 04 which is standard except for the small er front sprocket and its bonkers. I've now fihured out that to raise the front, all you have to do is open the throttle fast in first, ot accelarate hard in first, then up into second and open the throttle fast. Result, very smooth controllable wheelie! The smaller front sprocket must help with this but like you, I'm planning to do the usual mods to see how much more mental I can make the bike. Will be interested to see how you get on, keep us posted!Re tyres, I have Michelin 2CT's and they seem to grip very well. I also have a 190 and feel it could do with a 180 to speed up the steering but saying that, I think my brain is now getting used to the 190 and is compesating accordingly.....I have ever ridden a standard bike that feels as bonkers as this!!
