Hello

Just got my first v twin also it's my first aprilia.

I've come from having 2 x gsxr and a Kim 660 supermoto. Now I just need to do the little bits to this bike to make it my own.
 
Yes pictures would help the bike is an 06 registered early shape.

Oh and be careful on those Maxxis tyres. They are ok but not the best.

If you ever fancy a blast then keep ya eyes peeled for one of Brooksys geordie hoons. great bunch and often head out this way...
 
The fact it's an 06 confused me to start with but it was just registered late and came from Kjm superbikes when first registered.

Now we need some decent weathe against I can get out and ride it!!

Tuono fighter buyer, needs advice

Hi STiX i am going away to buy one like yours 03 Tuono Tulip red. My first Aprilia, wednesday (in 3days) anything special i should check?

Normal stuff Elvis. Have a good luck at any paperwork, receipts, service book.

Hopefully it'll have had a recent decent battery, service etc. Uprated starter solenoid is another essential.

Check the tyres, look for the MOT and any advisories.

Also, if you are lucky the can will have been changed as they weigh more than a small battleship.

How many miles has it done?
