Hi All
I have to admit that I got my Gen 1 Tuono late last year and have been lurking on here since then but have only just got round to posting anything (sorry).
My life is pretty manic as I have two little ***** of 3 and 1 years old plus a demanding wife ;-) ...my spare time is very limited.
I started life on trail bikes and since then have had a few sportsbikes but the Tuono was my first naked/upright bike. I bought it without even a test ride which was pretty risky but I have to say I absolutely love it. Its the first bike I have had since I was a teenager that makes me laugh myself silly almost everytime I ride it.
Anyway - thanks for all the useful info on the bike.... to date I have gone less 1 tooth on the front sprocket, got the bigger battery, changed the levers to cheapy chinese jobbies, got the higher rated starter solenoid (yet to be fitted) and have also just treated myself to a Mivv exhaust (which I hope to fit this weekend).
By the way I also have a 1988 CBR600 which was supposed to be my winter hack but due to my mechanical inability has spent most of my ownership in bits.
All the best
Dave (D4444)
