I have just put a deposit down on a 2012 tuono aprc. Only done 2000 miles and looks and goes superb. My only concern is the look of engine / rads which seem to have appearance of corrosion ??? is this just an aprilia thing or should I be concerned please ?/ also can anyone recommend a slightly higher screen for a bit more wind cover when going a tad quicker !!!!

Hi Wealdy. And Welcome to the dark side. Don't be put off with many of the postings on here. They are designed to exaggerate & banter quite a lot....

"Corrosion" Think on that point you should mention it to the salesman your dealing with.

Say your not happy about it after just one year.
Then take note and see what he says..

If all is well you could get yourself a set of Rad guards later. Or better still get him to throw in a set, tell him it would be a nice gesture.
Also it helps if, as you go change the screws & bolts that look rough for stainless.

I have a Puig taller screen. Helps just a little, not much.

Agree Wiv razor , get em to get you some guards , they should do if you tipping thousands ov wonga in there till I would then hammerite the affected areas n bung ya new guards on
