New guy in CO - 2014 Tuono V4R

Hello everybody, my name is Randy and I live in Centennial, CO. Two days ago I traded in my 09 Daytona 675 for a white 2014 Tuono, my first Aprilia. I spent a good part of yesterday riding some canyon roads and having a blast. What better way to celebrate a birthday than riding some twisty roads on a new Tuono? I'm loving the sound that this bike makes even with a stock exhaust. It just sounds so damn cool.

It's funny that you are from Colorado because 2 of use just got 14 Tuonos within the last month or so. The two of us are from Colorado Springs and met on this forum. It would be great to all hook up for a ride sometime. Where did you purchase it from and what plans do you have for it? I am thrilled with mine, best bike I have had.

Hi Mike & Justin. I bought the bike from Erico Motorsports from Kurt/Justin. They are good dudes. As for plans for the bike I ordered some TechSpec tank grips, which should arrive tomorrow. I probably won't do much else to it this year. But, I'm sure that at some point I will probably want an exhaust. That always seems to happen. Let me know if you have any great tips or must haves for the bike.

I don't get down to CO Springs much. Around here I do a lot of quick sprints up Deer Creek Canyon and Bear Creek Canyon and mix in some other stuff from time to time. If I'm ever going to be down there or if you guys are up here let's pm each other with a heads up. Three Tuonos together would be cool, maybe it would even set some kind of record (I don't see too many around here).
