New Exhaust for a 2003 - options?

I've been trawling the net trying to find a new slip-on for my 2003 RSV

I'm really struggling to find exactly what i'm after, can anyone offer some advise on where to look?

The spec i'm after:

- must be new
- must be a mainstream manufacturer, i.e: Akrapovic, Leo Vinci, Micron...
- must be for road use with removable baffle
- must be old school as i'm not a fan of GP style at all (give me the old rocket launcher anyday!)

Following the above criteria, i'm really finding it difficult to locate the the right spec. Companies like MTC, Delkevic, and XtremeStainless keep cropping up and I must admit their product ticks all the boxes... but i'm not sold on them.

Any ideas appreciated

Mivv are Italian made and very good. They make a very nice noise.

Mine is 4 years old and done 6500 miles and looks as good as new. They are E stamped so road legal. Baffle can be removed if you drill out a rivet and can be replaced using a small bolt.

I run mine with the baffle in because I don't want to upset the people where I live, or work, too much. ;)

Have a look on youtube for 'RSV Mivv' for some idea of the noise.

Rob :)

Cheers Rob, sounds like what I'm after. Nice that that they're Italian too, gunna do some research

That is a beautiful bit of kit. Had a look on google images to see what it looks like on a couple of bikes, it seems a little short for what i'm after.

I dont seem to be able to find a "decent sized" Mivv, looks like i'm going to opt for the Leo Vince - I like the look of them, just hope they sound good.

Thanks for the input

Thanks for the link!

Definitely going for the Leo Vince, think it suits the bike, and the era the bike is from. Dont want my mutton dressed as lamb!
