This is only a proto type for testing. With the full baffles in it is similar to akros with the baffles out, about 100dbs and have a lovely rasping note. With the baffle out it’s pretty loud, a bit like cored cans only deeper. The bike’s been MoT’d now so from tomorrow it’ll be on the road and the 07’s gonna be on holiday for a bit. The system has taken some time to get to this stage but should be in limited production in a month or so. Not cheap I’m afraid won’t be far short of a grand, but is going to make those old dustbins look a bit dated. I’ll most likely take it up to Peterborough on Saturday for the Club Aprilia bash.

Cheers.:cheers

Same thoughts here, looks awesome, would finish it off to have a single sided swinging arm to make a stunnng looking bike..

2nd that, does that swingarm look as good as a naked Angelina and you with a free ticket to nob her or is that just me? :pirate

I would have liked to have seen that outlet turn and go back like the GP bikes, and to have had another the other side. looks a little to buel for me, but bet it sound the bollocks. has it been tuned for the motor with regard back pressure and pulse tuning, or is it just a hunk of pipe welded to fit the space. professional headers are computer designed to be specific engine characteristics.

Hi guys, thanks for your views. This system is not the finished article. The end pipe is going to be a little shorter and possibly slash cut to follow the body line. The headers on this one are standard Aprilia ones with other options in the pipeline. I’m not going to get it on the dyno again till next week, having said that my main reason for producing this system was to enhance the appearance of the bike without affecting performance too much. The pipe has three stage removable baffles as I had hoped to get the thing under 101 db’s for Brans GP. I’ve spent several hours in the last two days just looking at it, I love it.:D:D:D

Cheers.

Looking good H. I'd give a big :thumbup for the hot rod esque slash cut, with possibly a slight up turn.

Someone at Yaxley please get a vid for a sound check!! :pirate

Hi Big Un, I've wanted a system like this for the last couple of years and it's been a bit of a labour of love and I've blown a wad on it.. Still I've got one now, If anyone else wants one that's fine I'll see what I can do but it's going to be limited.

Cheers.

I take it your mot tester is very friendly.

No indicators, racing wets, no rear disc, no mirrors, and ball broken off front brake lever. lol.

I know you've obv had it appart.

Exhaust looks good, get it on a dyno with a before and after run to test it against std
