new chain and sprockets needed

Well the v4 chain is now just about shagged after 4600 miles due to the wurth dry chain lube I had been using. so looking at replacing and rear sprocket and chain (front sprocket already been replaced with 15t) any recommendations as to what brand and where to order from.

I used the same stuff on ma chain, bought the bike new and had to replace the chain after 14k miles.

That said I was given a demo by Griff as to why it and others were not good enough to do the job.

I'm still using it but I don't pressure wash anywhere near the chain now.

8k miles on the present one and only adjusted when new tyre went on.

There's a guy on here does good deals on chain sets,,,,,,,,,look for Tash and pm him.

If its Tash Im think of he will be local to you Colv4r, Just past Durham on the A19. Other than that Hunters on Westgate road is normally good on prices. My recommendation would be DID chain and stay away from Renthal sprockets, There to soft for road riding.

That's not many miles at all! I use either Castrol or SDoc Chain wax.

What's the deal with not pressure washing near the chain?

I dont use chain wax as i reckon it turns into cutting paste once its got road grime on it , use nothing but GT85 on my chains now and they still look like new .

That's exactly who I used when my old chain went and snapped.

B and C were excellent and I bought a Tsubaki heavy duty one.off them, x ring one.
I also had a renthal front and a JT rear sprocket off them too.
