Hi,

I purchased and installed a eprom from dr.rossi, followed the instructions(but not cut the wire) but the bike is very rough at low revs and sometimes dieing on me. I suspect that the TB sync is no good.

Is it possible to adj the TBs without any special equitment so it runs more smoothy?
One reason for getting the eprom was to smooth the low-revs driving.

Hope for any help.

Thanks

Not really. Without at least a vac guage or better still a gas analyser your pissing in the wind somewhat with adjustment.
You can sometimes get it sounding better by ear by when you analyse it after you tend to find it's way out, so it should be a temp thing only.

It's not expensive for a TB check or at least shouldn't be. Left panel and seat off and 10 mins on the gas tester.

what am I surposed to listen for when syncing by ear?

thanks all, will consider that carbtune though.
