As part of a public service announcement- please post your recommendations and avoidances regarding bike related gear,
I'l start it off
Most usefull-- my yellow high def arai visor, fantastic in dull weather, or the rain, gives that 'summer glow' to winterish mornings. (shame it goes back to dull when you take it off) Really Recommended. Wish I had tried one earlier.Never bother with clear now, just yellow and black.
Most useless-a pair of heated gloves.total pITA connecting to bike and hands(disaster awaiting to happen), plus numpty here wore gloves of a normal size..aarrgg. en-route to work hands become red hot, pull over rip them off and have nice element shaped red marks over back of hand and along fingers. never again-the were thrown inthe bin, complete waste of money. Leave it to the BMW boys.
