Just a few piccies of the air box I collected from Hooked the other night.

For all those who haven't got one yet, get it quick while they are cheap. :eatcorn

For all those that can't see that these give you a massive improvement in throttle response, don't bother, save your money and keep buying the drugs. :devious

For all those that have bought one, you're all smart dudes. :thumbup

Lastly, cheers Hooked for the little carbon breather filter, an excellent finishing touch. :doug

You should here the induction noise, it's awesome!!

I do have to be careful when I crank on the throttle, just in case there's any unattended children or animals are around, they tend to get sucked in and then the parents/owners get all upset. LOL

Yes Flick, I have been known to crank the throttle now and again.

Just cause your throttle is wired like an on/off switch!!!

fit the rubber inlet boot from a 98-00
 
Cheesy, been after one for 2 months now and some fooker always beats me to it on Flea Bay.

Damn hard to find them now.
 
Looking good bet it sounds pretty awesome too, it may be just the angle the picture is taken but in the first pic the carbon bit looks a little to snug on that fuel pipe for my liking, just an observation dont wanna see you burning.

What fuel pipe MSmilleR?

That large hose going in to the carbon base plate is the crank case breather, is that what you mean?
 
Flick less restrictive and allows more air into the airbox, which is good:thumbup, well worth doing IMO:biggrin

I don't think that doing this will achieve anything now that my air box is open.

Best spend the money on fuel and cups of tea I think.

No, but its ok my mistake there not fuel pipes, shows how often i lift my tank up :jack

I don't normally need an excuse to go down the shed but if I do have one it makes the escape from the missus easier.

The old excuse 'Oh, I think I've left my lights on' is wearing thin now. LOL
