My Mashed T Project.

Flick

Hello Tuono posse...

Here is my pride and joy:crazy

It came from a salvage yard up north, and needs a few 'bits'

It is proving very hard so far to source anything, so far a rear light. Thats it...!:banghead

So... having owned a whole bunch of Fighters, I am going to play with this one. Not the normal twin lights etc, I will make it a nice one.
Some of you might scoff at Fighters but hey... it will be mine and differant. After pulling into a meet at Oakdene a few weeks back I counted near 20 Tuono's all looking fantastic. Same ish but fantastic. :cheers

I also have a 02 mille which I use every day... its black and dirty. :thumbup

I so need some clocks for my T tho if any one can help with this? £600 from AF1...:lol and they might leak... put down the crack pipe I said.

Flick.

That looks a darned good project Flick. Cosmetic damage only?

I never scoff at Fighters - hell, I own one. Keep posting piccies as you eventually get and fit bits.

Yo Bob... Nah the rear subframe is bent and the swingarm has a ding. Main frame and front end is cool. Front pod has snapped off and the loom has been pulled hard.

Have fun Flick. There's some real trick bits'n'bobs getting about these days to make your fighter look the goods. Like Bob said - keep the pics coming.

Hey Doc.

Yeah, seen these before. They look like they have been pulled out of a old 80's Metro or some other British Leyland tool.
Always up for different or off the wall, but modern clocks just can not be bettered... that and, correct me if you know different but on these Tuono's the ECU and Immob is in those clocks.

I have just taken a hack saw to the nose pod, it was bust anyway. I intend to use the top as a wind deflector and sink some HID projector in there behind black mesh. All tucked as close to the yokes as poss...

Will post some pics later, my camera is broke.

Wow Flick, the whole thing sounds too big a job for me. Good luck mate. Get that camera fixed and let's see the piccies.

I've just fitted an HID as my dip light. I've still to try it out as my Mum won't let me go out in the dark. As I need one kit per bulb I'm experimenting.

Right any one here good with a welder? Fabrication of ally?

Basically I want to 'alter' my rear subframe, I was thinking of how to do this, I want to keep the original up to the main seat then hack it off. I want the rear to be short, but it still needs a seat (smaller one?)

I want the back to have a look of a Buell(sorry) as in short and small, but kicked up highish. Hard to explain a 'look' I know, and I am crap at drawing. But if there are any fabricators/engineers out there pm me for some cash in hand work.
