Hi guys
Just renewed my insurance, thought id let it be known the method i used to get the best deal possible.
The key for me has been this site http://www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk/
Its similar to gocompare etc though these specialise in bikes.
Ive saved almost £200 and stepped up my insurance by filling in a quick form that took 10 minutes, my current insurance sent me a renewal letter £295 TPTF
I approached the bike insurer, filled in the form and then back came the results within minutes.
£113.79 TPTF
£195.17 FULLY COMP. (So at that price ive gone fully comp)
Please bear in mind im 28, the bikes an 04 rsvr. It includes all legal cover etc and i can ride other bikes (TP only). Trips over seas for up to 30 days at a time. The only thing i didnt take out is breakdown cover, i may do this seperately later on.
(note- this cover is with bike garaged overnight and with lock/datatag/alarm)
This is with Motorcycle direct.
Personally i think ive gat a bargain, all comments welcome guys!
