Just 2 miles from my house at 7.45 yesterday morning. Going to Wales for the weekend.

The wife was following. She wanted to hug me. I wanted her to hug my bike.

I was going to ride it home, but the forks are twisted & I think a rad is holed.
Wasnt going fast as Id only just left the traffic lights. The problem was after the van driver turned sharp right on the approach ramp - to suddenly avoid going on the motorway- he didnt stop initially, as he didnt know I was under him. He just though what the!!!!! when I hit the side of the van. Thought it was a big bird or something!??!!
You can see in the pics how far he draged me.
The police arrived and he was charged with driving without due care & attention.

So now the bike is at "Bikers" for an insurance quote. Im with Carol Nash who were very good & helpful on the phone. But they did tell me if the bike is writen off, I could not buy it back!!
