Finally got a couple of pics taken of my 2003 Mille

One owner 24k but looks like its been kept outside and had a low speed drop, hence the 'project' title. Basically needs some TLC and a bucket full of advise from this forum :thumbup

Have some forks on the way, changed the sprag, serviced and it fires up like a dream.

Looking forward to a few North East meets.

Looks nice, would look even better with a Akrapovic can on it :devious

Just spent an hour trying to wrap your Abba stand up :eek: dont laugh when you see it :biggrin

They are a very popular choice, sound fabulous, and look the business. I sold mine last year tho', but keep a lookout on the sale sections and ebay. ;-)

Very clean, but if you get rid of the standard can then you will lighten your bike by half its weight lol :)

Its all part of my master plan ;)

Work so far;

Forks changed
Scuffed rear light cover changed
Speedo sender changed
Steering damper (not fitted yet)
Larger throttle bodies
Hooked air filter
Various bits buffed & painted

The ever growing list

Big plan this winter is to paint it, so far Ive never even looked at it in the garage! So my plan is not quite on track.

Sounds like you need a PC3 and a custom map to get it all running sweet. Open the garage door and get your mojo back :thumbup
