Ive just tried to fit my mpl slave.but upon taking the standard one off,the mpl dont fit fully over the push rod.not allowing it to sit on the casing.around 50mm.im i doing something wrong.or maybe sent the wrong slave...thanks for info

Make sure you have removed the "spacer" from the old cylinder, it is alloy like the old cylinder and looks like it is part of the unit, there are 2 distinct parts to the old cylinder and you'll need to use part of it.

I found exactly the same when I fitted mine, the "spacer" is about 50mm thick between the engine and the cylinder and will fit onto the mpl unit between it and the engine, just as the OEM one does......

When I received mine from MPL it too didn't seem to fit. I contacted them and they'd sent me one for a Ducati. :jack

thats it done & blead...i did not split the standad one to use as the spacer..took it for a short blast.not that much difference i dont think, but maybe on a longer run.
