Alright all,

I managed to get hold of an MPL (cheers Neilb!!) and am planning fitting it tomorrow at work. Can anyone help with a pretty comprehensive fitting diagram or instructions? I'm more than happy to fit it IF i have a plan to follow.....:thumbup

Cheers all....

Don't even bother trying to fit it unless you have one of these - Click Me

I fitted mine without the kit and it cost me two days riding - gutted!!

Bought one last week buddy in preparation for it.......:thumbup

if you have an air copmpressor buy a vac bleeder. They are the nuts!!!

I made a right **** up of this when I tried doing it. I had syringes, Mity Vac etc, and I just couldn´t get any pressure in the system. I sent to lot off to the dealers to sort.

For this reason I don´t touch the clutch at all.

mine took a while to bleed even using the vac system. Took half a bottle to get all the air out

I fitted mine in about an hour including stripping & refitting the lower fairing panel. Its easy to do as there are only 2 allen screws to undo. I did however forget to put the spacer back and wondered why there was a big gap when the bolts were fastened back up:crazy But after cussing myself the bleeding was straight forward without any special kit. I used a 99p peice of pipe in a bottle of brake fluid. Works a treat with no air.

I always bleed mine at the M/C first with the M/c rotated to get the nipple as high as poss. I then suck the air out with a syringe at the slave rather than try and push it up to the M/C

If you don't bleed the resevoir to M/c first it can take all day
