So I just got back from Laguna Seca's MotoGP insanity. Holy crap it was awesome. Monterey, Ca is a great town to start and with all the added festivities it made it that much more groovy.

The race was phenominal. The battle between Rossi and Stoner was top notch.

Anyway, I have some photos from the weekend up at my flickr account if anyone wants to take a gander.

They aren't the world's best pictures. Mostly due to the fact that I was having a constant heart attack from everything happening around me, it was hard to really focus on taking good shots.

Here's one of Rossi on the lap where Stoner made is gravel pit mistake.

good photos would have loved to have been there for it live best race so far this season you lucky :devious what the price of the tickets compared to donnington?

Tickets weren't too bad. We had grandstand seats as well as general admin passes to roam around most of the yard. Each ticket for all that was about 80 bucks. I think it was an extra 14 for parking too.

yeah fantastic race, esp when stoner fell, then moaned limek a *****.
lol
It looks like a great track, would love to go there to watch, but I prefer to ride to motogp, so am stuck with the european rounds.
Ck

The crowd was definitely on Rossi's side. Everytime he rode by in the lead the stands hopped to their feet and cheered wildly. When Casey would pass Rossi you could hear the crowd groan.
