Hi all gonna take me bike to the local commercial fitters who also mot bikes tomorrow afternoon do you think its worth changing me titanium Akro can over to the OE can just for peace of mind will be a bummer if they fail it for the can bein too noisey as the Akra dosn't have any BSAU stamp??

Although on tickover its not offensive at all!!

I never change My Cans over & always get through the MOT's, small No Plate seems to annoy them more these days!!

Although, i suppose its down to the individual tester. It would only takes 10 mins to swap it over for piece of mind.....

Less than that really I can change mine in about 3 minutes.......yep you have persuaded me I shall stick the original can back on the ape and strangle her vaocal cords just for the mot.........then soon as back home it comin off...........:biggrin as it sounds like a muffled piece o crap otherwise
I am running a full size plate now as I have been pulled too many times I care too mention for small plates they got real hot on it in the last few years mustv spent a small fortune in tickets LOL ....just not worth it really save your cash for sommat else blingey to put on the bike!!

I would rather her pass than not cos of some ***** then having too do a retest better safe than sorry spose........:dunno

:thumbup Yip passed straight off with no advisories (well chuffed) took it on the trailer and now looking for insurance £97 for the year from hastings direct luvvly jubbly bargin :biggrin

Yep declared me akro can I have 3 years no claims kept in a locked garage no extra security license clean age 37 3rd party f+f If it goes over what the hell I'll tuono it!! I'm not short of a few spanners!!:biggrin

I have the standard mille aswell which is lower insurance group than the 'R' or any more sporty variants.......
