Just thought I'd say hi to all. Had a ***** couple of weeks. My mum passed away on 30th November aged 56 after a 7 year battle with cancer. She fought to the end & was the bravest person I knew. Those that didn't know her would never have guessed she was ill, she was that good at hiding it even had me convinced at times. I was right all along, not everything happens for a reason! Raised a bit of money over the years for cancer research with various gigs but I guess no matter how much money I could get my hands on, I couldn't of helped her, just hope it helps some in the future like it did me 5 years ago.

On a positive note I've just done a deal on an 08 plate tuono r I will be picking up before the new year, so hopefully I'll be able to join in some of the zones antics in 2011!

Have a great Xmas & New Year all, catch you soon. Robbo

And a Merrier Christmas to you Rob. My thoughts and condolences go out to you. My wife lost her father to Cancer several years ago. My lil' sister is fighting a second cancer now. She's done the chemotherapy and finishing the radiation this week, just in time for Christmas. Synovial sarcoma in her right leg the first time, right ****** this time. A bit of irony as she is a lefty....
Many here on the zone, if not all, have had either direct experience with the big C, or a loved one involved in a fight for life. My family is going to treasure this Christmas. We will raise a glass to our other friends that have been touched by this rotten disease.
Again, all my best, and my heart goes out to you and your family this Holiday Season.
Come spring, the T will give you some smiles and help ease your mind.

Merry Xmas Robbo.

Same as Shovel I have also had several experiences with the C unfortunately so I feel for you.
