More Clutch Problems

A bit of advice needed....

Having a problem getting the bugger out of gear into neutral when stationary. (A gen 2)
I'm led to believe it's a clutch issue and can be improved with an aftermarket Slave cylinder...is this correct? Also has anyone experience of this as a replacement

Hi. no it's not correct, I have the EVO slave fitted and it's a right ******* to get neutral, I just tap it down from second.. I have just changed the oil and for the first time in over 40k miles on Tuonos (gen1 and Gen11) I have used fully synthectic, haven't ridden yet but I'll let you know f it makes any difference..

You could try tweeking the actuater (?spelling) pin on the clutch lever.. don't forget to loosen the grub screw first..

Ensure the fluid is clean also.

Slacken the bleed nipple and let drai and ,keep topping up with fresh brake fluid until clear fluid is seen coming out . Nip up and actuate the lever a few times and done.
 
Neutral is there somewhere....you just have to arse about a bit to find the bastid....

I agree with Windy, a gentle tap down from second always seems to be the easiest method....
 
From second gear or when stationary try to move in first gear slowly until you feel you can change it to neutral

Clearly I'm not alone! I think before I spend large I will try some of the suggestions. It's always been a bugger but has got worse recently. I think I will try bleeding to start with then a fiddle with the lever. Then swear and go for a beer.
