Well my beloved has really out done herself, came back from away to be greated with a brand new set of titanium gp shorties :inlove. I'v fitted them already and they sound awsome, people have said on the forum that they are a ***** to set up but they feel better than the stock cans and I haven't even put a pc on yet?? I was wondering if the guy that had the bike before me has had it remapped for aftermarkets but not changed it back when he sold it on? I've got a pc 3 for it and am hopefully booking it in for next month, then it's a set of giles gold rearsets and chain adjuster, to go with the gold pazos.

Are you sure your from Yorkshire, you seem to be spending alot of cash :confused

No Im a born and bred Yorkshireman, I just dont have much of a social calendar to waste me money on lol. Not sure what is meant by the re-synch reply though??

Mivv titanium GP arrived from Italy today, got it fitted and took the liberty of drilling out the baffle, big mistake, ears are still ringing/bleeding.

Crash are you going to leave the baffles out, mine are riveted in at mo daren't take em out the neighbours will go mental. They are awesome though mine is booked in for the pc to be fitted and dyno run on the 9th of July I'll let you know what the difference is on performance :thumbup

Think Im going to try with em out, see how the bike runs. Sound pretty good with the baffle in though. I have a DB meter, so I going to check tomorrow, maybe suprise the neighbours early, if they are lucky. Titanium rivet was a bit tough to drill, used a couple of sprays of WD40 to keep it cool and lubricated while drilling. Replaced the rivet with a M4 bolt. With the baffle out its like looking into the abyss : )

I'm interested to see what the db meter says, even with the baffles in evryone I've ridden passed has had a second look, a real head turner:thumbup. I was hoping to get a track day at Croft this summer but I think I will have to revert to the stock cans lol.

Well, I not sure about those loud cans, we're not making friend's out there for sure. Myself I wont touch the stock cans, very nice sound as is.

i agreelooks ace mate,as does the whole bike, very nice.

DB meter was only £13 so I dont think its that accurate, as I think with each DB the noise is doubled or summat.

DB killer out at tickover around 100db and at 4000rpm its 108db - 110db.

As a comparison I had a R1 will full Yoshi race system that was 106db with the same meter.

Hope this pic thing works???:dunno
