Ok folks, I've owned this system since 2008 and it's been simply awesome. I now find I want to go the 2-2 route so I'm putting my beloved twin high mount Renegade 2-1-2 system up for grabs. It's got Stainless cans and is in excellent condition. The cans themselves are excellent with only the usual marks under where the hangers are sat which you don't see when mounted on the bike. The link pipes are excellent with the only real mark worth mentioning on the bend of the one on the left of the bike. I'll stick up a more detailed pic tomorrow of that but it isn't much to be concerned about, it would more than likely polish out if you were very picky. They currently have 'Arrow' heatproof decals fitted but they could be removed easily.
The noise these things make is simply amazing. Deep toned compared to any single can set up. Comes supplied with a pair of db killers/baffles which are BS stamped. I stick these in at MoT time and they have passed the test no problem for the last 6 years. They do however sound much better with them left out. The system also provides a nice mid range increase and flows very well, although I've got an Evo airkit and Forza FR100 chip on the bike too so it would depend on your set up - your mileage may vary. That said, I initially ran these when I first got them with the standard EPROM and airbox and they ran great.
My reason for selling is that I wish to go down the 2-2 exhaust route now, but these are really the next best thing. I'll be sorry to see them go but they will make the new owner very happy indeed. These are, as you may well be aware, as rare as rocking horse poo and don't come up for sale very often. They will fit any Gen 1 RSV.
Looking for £275 delivered to UK addresses. Will consider posting overseas to Europe, USA etc but I'll need to get a shipping quote which would be added to the £275 purchase price. No offers, I'm not in any hurry to sell them so I'll just keep 'em if need be. I've got 'em up for sale elsewhere so reserve the right to remove from sale if someone else snaps them up.
