Hi all

Finally got round to register for the site again.

I was after some friendly advice. I have mille which I turned into a Tuono due to back problems. My back has now got worse so now looking to sell my much loved bike.

I was wondering what these go for these days as I have had her a while now. I know I would most probably get more cash if I sold the Tuono parts and put back to normal mille but my back would not cope to do so.

This is what it looked like before

I still have all the bodywork and bits, ie bolts, screws, etc so could easily go back to normal.

She has a full service history with 16k on the clock. A few extras can be seen on pics, rear shock and upgraded front internals, aprilia racing can and chip with hanger and K&N air filter. Datatool.

All the bodywork is in great condition as seen in photo, however after a rather small drop in my shed the front nose cone has a crack in it. It fell on my bloody paddock stand!

This is how she looks now.

As you can see she is nearly complete as she just needs the pods and air ducts. Everything else is sorted. I when for the 998cc flatter bars and yoke as I feel it is a better riding position.

What do you think is a reasonable asking price?

Thanks

John

Might be interested in the top yoke if it can take fat bars, also looking for tuono coil covers, thats if you were to revert back to standard?

Its a 2000 bike.

Not really looking to strip but will let you have first dibs.

Been looking and it seems you can pick up a clean 2000 model rsv for as little as £2k. An old clean vfr400 can still cost £1500. The RSV's are dirt cheap now.

Anyone looking for two bikes in one?
