Millau trip

hi all......few pics from last years trip down to the Millau viaduct....

meant to post at time but hey ho......:dunno

nothing much to report, 2400 miles in 8 days - apart from a puncture.....a breakdown.....and running out of fuel in Belgium [respect to helpful Belgium BMW owners]....

Followed some suggested routes in a Ride mag from last year - with one or two exceptions, the roads were fantastic.
Millau area makes a good base as well - Andorra in range and even Italy!

Went across that bridge twice earlier in the year ... both in the bloody dark so i missed the view etc

It's a shame you can't stop on the bridge (in daylight)...a helmet cam would be good!!!
And if you get the chance, the view from directly under the bridge is just as impressive....

me and the missus went a couple of years ago,fantastic views from on the bridge and under,like u say its a great place to stay,did u see the durex machine on the wall in the middle of the street lol
