midpipe/swingarm clearance

Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum. I tried to search for my question, but didn't find anything. I have 00 RSV Mille that I bought a couple weeks ago. I love the bike (just put all the sliders on).
Anyways, it came with Aprilia Ti racing can and today I nodiced there is no clearance between midpipe and swingarm when there is nobody on the bike and that the midpipe is actually very slightly touching the swingarm.
I love that exhaust and I want to keep it, so I just thought to take it off and make a little dent in the midpipe (where it touches the swingarm) to make a clearance. any other suggestion? Thanks

If I remember rightly the Aprilia Ti race can and link pipe are all one, try loosening the bracket and turning the can a little. If it won't move take it off and put it back on and move it about until theres clearance.

I had the same exhaust on the same bike and no clearance issues. Stand behind the bike and see if both rear footpeg brackets are at the same angle. I've heard that the one on the exhaust side is prone to bending in easily and maybe you need to tweek it back outwards a little.

I played with it little bid a couple days ago. Twisted it little, put 2 little spacers between can bracket and passenger footpeg...problem fixed. Thanks everyone :thumbup
