I have the same tires on the same bike.
Done everything from track days out at Chuckwalla on a greasy track in 115+ deg weather to a track day at streets of willow with standing rain and everything in between. Couple of long road trips through the painted desert, canyon rips and even the dreaded freeway commute. Love them!
They are sticky enough to push as hard as one should in a canyon and still a great road tire. I wasnt planning on using them for track days but my 2nd set of wheels w track rubber didnt work out.

Great alround tyre as above probably more sticky than you think
