No not for Hamish, for a ride out.

I think, ney, I'm sure I found the best sub 200 mile ride in the world this weekend. It starts at Carlisle and go's to Peebles. It involves only 2 roads, nearly, and some of the finest Tuonotastic roads and scenery known to man. Probably take about 4+ hours with stops, but could be extended to make it a full day.

Any one man enough to squeeze it in before crimbo ?????????
 
Could ride straight to Peebles for a stop over. Ale, curry, all to hand, and ride back next day.

Lunch sounds good. Thanksgiving here in Canada. Where the white eyes on dad's side of the family celebrate taking the land away from the wagon burners on mom's side of the familia. Turkey dinner at mom and dad's in a couple of hours. Yum. And my vegan sister always brings something interesting.
 
Supposed to be reasonable for mid October here on the weekend. Going for a last rip. I've nae had solid food for three days though after an EVIL gastritis (rotavirus?). Ah'm weak as a kitten ye ken so I may have to settle for a bimble in the country...
 
Sadly can't go out on the bike tomorrow, on the plus side I am at one of my wife's friends birthday bashes, so I guess I'll trade a day in the leather gear for a day in the company of some very nice looking ladies. Only window shopping of course.
 
If we don't see pictures of the event, I am blackballing you. If the friend is a patch on Mrs Fastard, I wanna see!!!
