Beware of these cowboys......Bought a multi bike policy last November, tried to add a Honda Silverwing maxi scooter to it yesterday and was told no! Apparently it's not accepted by Chaucer insurance under their "terms"....... terms i was NEVER told about...... Had to cancel policy yesterday (losing an additional years no claims bonus by 2 months in the process) to change insurers. Complained and got the usual ******** explanation. Checked all my paperwork and t&c's and NOWHERE does it state anything about which bike was "excluded" from cover........they did, however, offer me a seperate policy for the Honda WITHOUT any ncd!!! Convenient isn't it!If you are insured by them i'd check your policy guys.........****** money making scam artist fuckers!
