Read attachment and it says not to cut there wire on a 2002 and didn't know about a 2003.
Do you know if I cut a wire on a 2003 or is it a chip upgrade instead.

The Fens.
Yes cut the wire.The note is for the USA version of the Tuono only.The later bikes only came with one map built in,...hence the eprom chip tuning. European bikes have always had the two maps,so snip away.
