Having worked on rounded out Allen bolts in the past, I found taping in Torx socket best option in first instance, with impact driver if need be. Alternatively, cut a slot using demel then try a flat screw driver. If that fails, try tapping with a punch at 45°. Eazi outs are good, but only if the thread is only light stuck, otherwise they break off... BUT you can drill Eazy outs out, using either a Recovery Bit (usually only available from USA suppliers) or a cobalt tipped 'drillalldrillbit' (Google it). I can attest the drillalldrillbit' will drill out a hardened Eazy out!
