Anyone fancy seeing if we can get a bit of discount on these, http://www.af1racing.com/store/Scripts/prodView.asp?idProduct=8280

You can lower the Ohlins but I've got mine just about spot on and don't want to mess with it.

Why would you want to lower your bike nob. I find mine just about right and can get both feet flat on the floor. I'm only 5'10 so not the tallest

Bit pf a stretch getting me gammy knees over sometimes, especially with any gear on the back.
Me Fuono is a fair bit lower too and it feels so much better, goes round corners a bit better to a reckon.

fwiw, I think the old uns are lower with a much better comfortable riding position.

I rode gilos and didn't notice difference in height really only that mine felt lower at the front as it's been dropped through the yokes a bit more than his

Well I'm a short arse @ only 5'8" but don't have a problem with it. However sometimes my dodgy hip feels a bit weird when I'm getting on, so I can sympathise with your gammy knee issue Nobster.

I've got a dodgy groin which clicks but I'm ok once on it. Still dont think its that tall a bike. I'd be happy if it was a bit taller to be honest.

Sat on my neighbours Buell and he can only get one foot down but I'm still 2 feet nearly flat on the floor. Perhaps I've long legs and a short body or maybe its cos I'm a fat ****** I just compress the suspension

45 euros delivered to the uk seems a good deal... (says for the 06-08 model but i think they are the same ?)

Just a thought, dont forget the "possible" effect on the side stand...
