I just had to do this (was badger that told me about it too lol) Mine was quite bad, esply at high speed. But my bobbins were solid. Tok 45mins to get them all spinning, and once they free`d up i went round them again a few days later. Its been better every day since.
Some feed back from how I did it. I used wd40, but make sure you`v got the little straw to aply it, as you only want a tiny amount in each bobbin.
You will need plenty of brake cleaner, a posi/phillips screw driver (thats jus what I used) thats a tightish fit to the hole, and front paddock stand makes it alot easier.
I would recommend unbolting the calipers and tucking them out of the way( I didnt and would have been alot easier if I had!), That way if you get carried away and turn the wheel, some residue on the discs could move through the pads. This way you can do the whole disc then clean it in one.
Put a cloth or rag etc over the end of the straw when you apply the wd to stop over spray.
(if you do un bolt the calipers Make sure you put some cloth round the back before you pull it off the disc, as the isn`t much clearance and would be easy to chip your rim)
Mine was loads better after this, and now I check them whenever I think of it
