Ah mate, we are feeling for yer. Always hard to sell yer bike. Sometimes tho ya just gotta prioritize things. Hope you get a deserved good price for your RSV mate, and it helps to get things back on track for ya. Always another day for another bike matey.! Cheers :cheers

yup this "credit crunch" is a pain in the arse lets just hope it sells I think 2 and a half is a great price for such a good bike even though thats more than I paid for it!

Bugger Ross, hope things come good mate, spesh after you just getting married, keep yer chin up, this crunch is affecting us all mate:roll

No its more to to do with the fact that no one has any spare cash because everything is going up in this **** hole country apart from wages.

Totally agree..Also why there's a lot of good deals at the mo on new Jap stuff..Added in the absolutely cr*p summer we've had, which doesn't bode well for dealers either.

By the way..Did I see your bike at 'Seaways' last week?

Doubt it where is this seaways you speak of?

Ooops sorry...The seaways question was directed to Danf234..He's from York and Seaways is heading towards the East coast not far from him..

Hope you manage to sell..I've never used Ebay to be honest, always managed to sell on the 'Auto Trader.' Ebay has a bit of a reputation for dodgy vehicles..(alledgedly)

ah feck. I am off to check the garage................................................................................ QUICKLY

Don't worry I put it back....just borrowed her for a couple of hours while mine was off the road. Oviously wasnt going to mention it till Mark dobbed me in it.:devious

Well thats it now bike sold for £2500!40 watchers and only one bid whats that all about???I hope the guy is a time waster and never appears with money then I'll just keep it!!!

Well I was one of the watchers but £2500 is the max I've got to spend on a bike and a years insurance - factor in a plane ticket and the 400mile return trip and it was above my means sadly. Was watching it out of curiosity ro see what it would go for.

Good or bad, at least you've got a buyer. There's a lot of them on eBay that due to being overpriced or the current financial climate aren't shifting at all or even getting bids on them:dunno

Yeah I know,The guy is coming up from carlisle for it tomorrow I'll be sad to see it go and he's getting alot of bike for £2500 but at the end of the day I got it for £2400 so at least I haven't made a loss.I could kick myself, two months ago I had someone offering me £3100 and I turned him down:jack
Ah well hind sight is agreat thing I suppose:mad:
