Looking to replace the end cans ...

I currently have a pair of Leo Vinci SBK titanium cans on a gen 2
They drive me nuts as I can't get them level ( boy have I tried) ... and the are long - they extend past the numberplate

I would like some cost effective stubbier cans - what is there that is good / well made ?
BTW I am not after Akrapovic type bling effect.

What are these like:-
DS70 Oval Twin Exhaust Silencer Muffler Set Aprilia TUONO FACTORY 1000 07-10 | eBay

Or these
APRILIA TUONO 06-11 SP ENGINEERING BLACK DOMED ROUND STUBBY EXHAUSTS | eBay

Other suggestions?

OK , just seen the comments about the Dekrovics further down the page ..

And having had a Buell Tuber with an empty race can, I'm sure if I can't cope with ultra loud ...

for cheap ones the dan moto are fine, loud and give you more mid range grunt if you cut them down but best part is they are cheap!!! other than that mivv's, put a set on mine and i was convinced the clutch had started slipping at 6,000rpm they made that much difference!!

Just got some Gp stubbies bigbore ss there are the dogs £310 posted next day you won't be disappointed

the problem with the GP stubbies is just how loud they might be!
Do they come with baffles ...?

Yes come Wiv baffles ring Dave up at spengineering knock ya £23off as allowed to going through ebay

Why not cut down your exiting cans , drill out rivets cut off required amount of can sleeve and re rivet . --- no cost involved at all , just a bit of patience and the balls to start it .

ive seen akrapovics cut down with 50mm removed , look very good not much louder either . just make sure your cuts are square across the sleeves.

are you sure you have the link pipes on the correct sides as this will make it impossible to level up as they are handed .

MIVV Suono in aluminium on my '59 plate. Good fit, sound just right, look great. Runs beautifully on map 2. Interestingly I tried fitting akra's and couldn't get them symmetrical - looked awful.

I,ve got akra,s on mine , they took ages to get right . like i stated earlier in the thread , the link pipes are handed and there are a selection of washers to fit the straps with .
the tapers have to be in the correct position ------ patience is a virtue --- sez a short tempered nearly old git .:yes

Patience is not a strength of mine TBH ...
I have tried shimming with washers etc with limited success. The link pipe into the can is "loose" , which I presume is to away them to rotate to suit, it it means the only real anchor point is the mounting bolt in the end can straps ...
The Mivv looks lovely but a little rich for me TBH ( Having shell out for Termis in the past on a Duke, I do feel end cans are much of a muchness !!)
