Can you access it from underneath, does the under seat pael come off enough ?

How did you get on?Not a lot of room under there,....the ecu connectors are right underneath the lock.Long fingers required!
If your seat cover has a bit of a gap around it,like mine,....you could try sliding a steel rule through the gap to push on the latch.Attack it from the r/h side.
