With respect, they are made in Hong Kong. I wouldn't even entertain the idea on safety grounds alone

I fitted pazzo's to my mates bike last year and these feel and look as well made as the pazzo's.

Well if you a see an Ayrshire edwards breaking for spares on ebay this spring you'll know its went horribly wrong. they do look good though!

Look like a bargain those mate, I'm sure they'll be fine. :thumbup

I was a bit wary when I bought them, Coming from the far east they might have had quality issues, but at that price I thought I'd have a punt. I was pretty surprised at how well made they are.

They gotta be better than the original ones at least. I can't see them breaking unless you drop the bike.

The main cause for concern for me would be the accurancy of the machining particularly on the brake lever and mounting. It is a rule of thumb that you didn't fit cheaper aftermarket brake levers to earlier shape pre 2003.5 bikes as the front brake can lock on, even if the lever is released, due to incorrect and innacurate machining tolerances, especially in hot weather where expansion of components and fluids takes place. This for obvious reasons is not good in any situation. It's not so common now as products have improved but i would still be very wary hence my initial reply

Make sure you have free play on the brake lever before any braking resistance is felt.

im just not sold on them as all i stil think about is when the fake brembo MC's came out
i would rather pay more money for brake items
titax , pazzo , asv all known makes there the ones ill stick with
and when you can get some titax levers for £105+ p&p it may be worth paying that little more

Was looking at the Titax myself, but when you compare them side by side the look and quality of finish the mlabel is better,to me anyway!

when and where will the fake brembos come out?

last yeari think it was there was loads of fake brembo 19/20 Master cylinders on the market that were

well crap

thats one reason i personaly wont go for any cheep stuff from other countrys

I fitted the levers yesterday, they look great on the bike and feel good . I obviously can't road test them at the minute but I'm well pleased with them.
I agree with all the comments regarding the more tried and tested levers, it makes sense to stick with them. But if people didn't try out knew things coming to market, then we would have never heard of any off those lever's.
