led flasher relay help

hi there just got a new led flasher for my bike after my indicators flashing to fast but the new one has a earth wire on itand when its all connected up the indicators all flash at the normal rate but the relay still ticks when the indicators are all off can anybody help me on what it may be.

What make is it?

I would assume its a mechanical one then, as opposed to a electrnic one which is only two wires

Are the other two wires definately connected the right way round?

Maybe the part is buggered
