All you need is a pair of scissors and some plastic - i used an old take-away curry tub.
The idea is to make the existing seal on the filler cap seal tighter against the tank, to do that make a plastic washer (i used 2)
Washer size:
Note: you dont need to dismantle anything..... Fit the washer between the seal and the tank cap - as the washer has a "cut" in it you can just pull the existing rubber seal back with your finger and slide it into place.
Oh, and make sure you cover your fuel tank once you have opened the tank cap - you wouldnt want to drop anything in there !
