Late Summer (???) South of England Ride

Date: Sunday 30th September
Event: Last of the Summer Rides
Where: South of London somewhere to South copast somwehere.
Route: Very flexible, depending on who fancies it!

I'm based about 10 minutes south of the M25 and 5 minutes East of M23 so we can meet up amost anywhere. Be nice to have a late season get-together, and meet some other Mille monsters.

The Last 2 Rides then . . .

Ok then, how about this, we go the 2nd week too, aiming at the Hampshire, Dorset kind of area, and the first week South East (ish), Kent, Sussex, Hants (maybe). Again, all deoends on whether or not anyone can be bothered, and if they can, where they fancy riding too.

One thing though; if it's wet, then forget it!

Hope to see at least someone on the 2 dates . . . .

should be able to make the 2nd week dorset and all that like you say if its good weather should be good hopefully get 4 more Aprilia riders around my area to come along

The ride out thru kent sounds good,as i kinda know a few good routes down to the coast.could meet at brands hatch,as everyone knows the way to there.im not gonna tempt fate,butim up for it

We're on then for the 2 Sundays, with 1st one South East and 2nd one a bit more westward. Let's all keep in touch via this thread, and try and spread the word for some more Mille's. Just hope the weather's kind. And the temp. And my bleedin bike - still in the workshop . . . .:cheers:

Maybe it's my computer, but the messages seem a bit disjointed, so maybe there's a message adrift somewhere . . .
As far as I'm concerned, as there's likely to be only about 3 of us, we'll take the pace as it comes on both rides (30.9 S.East, and and 7.10 Mid South). Got my bike back at last so there's some good news, even if I've still got the flu - probably not enough riding:thumbup

Sunday 30th South East Ridout

Just a reminder for next Sunday. Any suggestions for meeting place, destination(s), maybe drop in to Goodwood and see if anything's on there as part of the route, or is that a bit to the West? - all depends on who's up for it. I'm pretty central for M23 / A22 / M25 / East Grinstead / Crawley etc. Probably end up on my own . . .
