L.E.D's are fitted....Opinions please!!!

Hi guys, bought and fitted some "AUDI R8" type lights to the bike as when the headight cover is fitted it really duls the light (but looks great!) so came up with this......what do you think????????

always looking at ways to let them cagers see me better!!!
extra lights/brake lights is a good way of starting!..i like the front and the rear ones,but like you said id be unsure of somewhere to fit them on the back

Yeah Pat......that's my only issue with getting the rears too bud, think it might look a bit OTT!!!!!!!!!!

I like the idea andi

But I reckon they would look better if they could be turned upwards a bit to follow the headlight form and cutting in half to give less LEDS.

Reckon you should cut them down by half so that they just fill that bit between the headlamp end and the start of the carbon ears.

Have you wired them in to the sidelamp circuit or put them on a separate switch? Reason I ask is that if an MOT tester can't get them working then he may give you a VT30 failure certificate.

If you fit them the other way round too you can make the wire vanish behind the carbon ears.

They look good mate, if some fooker pulls out on ya now they shouldn't have a licence. LOL

On the rear Andi can you not wrap them round the inner part of the tail lamp cover so that it forms a figure 8 on the inside?

That would look so cool.

MMmmmmm.....bit of a mixed bag of opinions!! Think cutting them down sounds like a plan, take away some of the chavtasticness!!! As for the rear, might go with that figure of 8 thing and see how it looks.

Alan mate.....wired them into the sidelights, no seperate switch.....hopefully stand the test of time and an MOT !
