I have a streetfightered RSV1000R Mille with a Koso RX2 speedo fitted. The original would have used an active? Sensor not the magnetic type fitted and that would count the disk bolts. The bolts however, (x5) do not have a recess to accommodate the magnets. Can I retro fit an active? type sensor, not the magnetic type for this type of speedo, or do they only work with magnets as I need to record the miles for limited mileage insurance.
