Firstly i would like to say thanks to Andirsv and Action for meeting up wi me at the track night cheers lads nice to meet you's:thumbup:biggrin. It was an interesting night konckhill had decided to put everyone on track at the same time ie novices, intermediate and experts(well so called):jack which proved a bit costly for one poor girl on a brand new gsxr 750 who was t-bone on turn one by a fanny on some kind of kawasaki who also cut me up in the process:jack, she ended up wrecking the bike and breaking something in her shoulder,so the night could have been better to many bikes not enough time and Shane im afraid i cant give you any feed back on ma quickshifter as the little git decided he didn't want to play lets go round the track,he started playing up on the way to the track but i thought it was just the gear lever being to close and me touchin it so setting it off but nooo:dunno, First lap the **** tried to chuck me off the bike by cutting power in mid corner not fun :eek:then up the main straight it decided to go on strike all together so a slow lap l8r back to the pits were i just disconnected it for the rest of the session:devious, must be to much play in my bracket that i made so back to the drawing board the best thing it has been working for two weeks no probs then when i want it to work bang just my ****** luck :jack .

twas a pleasure to meet you also Brian! Your avatar picture doesn't do you justice bud! Makes you look slightly crazed!!!lol!
Ye great night only slightly spoiled by the Kwikasfucki rider ****! :jack Turned into a bit of a race night instead of a fun night for all! Poor lass will probably give up biking now! One less nice *** in leathers out there! :devious
Look forward to catching up with you guys again soon.
Take care yeall!

Wot do you mean that was me two stone lighter and younger:jack lol oh the heady days of youth aye a remember when,,,,,,wheres me smokin jacket and slippers:devious:thumbup

i had one of those days at cadwell last year & fookin stacked it, it was with focused events:jack still in one piece tho, as for this ****** up Q/S i give up m8 can't do fook all with it, start bike plug it in no probs turn bike off & try & start it again, not a chance adjusted rod back & forth every position pos **** all so i think i'll cut me loses & flog thetwating thing as not prepared to shell out anymore for someone to do it
cheers Shane:thumbup

Hi Shane don't gi up yet it is well worth the hassle(when it works lol) ,can you get a couple of photos up , it may be that youve fitted it to the bike to close or to far away and you are gettin wot dynojet call mechanical lock did you ever manage to connect it tae yer powercommander it just needs fiddling to get it right, put the picts up and we'll sort it oot :thumbup How far away are you:devious:devious:thumbup

i'll get some up later today m8, when i plug it in from start & turn the ign on
the pc3 just has the green led's top & bottom on the readings unlike when it's not
plugged in & it flicks thru from top to bottom, do u think this has anything to do
with the custom map settings as it was done at BSD Peterborough?
Also i'm about 450 miles away, fancy a ride lol

My pc3 does that as well ,have you managed to fit your laptop to it when running , you need the wee disc for the quickshifter that has the shift kill setup on it shift kill has to be enabled, then load up the pc3 management cd then adjust rev limits lower so you can change at a lower rev limit(easier to see if workin at safer speeds and revs). At 80miles to the tank it would roughly cost £180 squid there and back and somehow the wife wouldn't be to impressed:angry but it would be cool to see wot time i could make:devious:devious:thumbup

Ha ha, only jesting m8, anyways i've installed the shift enable disc( diddy one) & the dynojet disc i have says fuel inj kit, is this the right disc?
on the paper instructions you get with thr Q/S it says view the LED indicator on the sensor looking for the red/green LED lights, no LED on mine
unless i'm blind, i'll have another bash today as on holiday
cheers Shane

Thats the right disc,if your quickshifter is the fat dumpy one its newer the older one(mines) has a little led doesn't do anything cause i originally set it up wi the light for the effin thing no to work anyway.the little disc is the shift kill enable cd once it is connected to the pc3 you have to use the disc to enable the quickshifter........

Was good to meet you too buddy..had a laugh on my 1st trackday.............Kwacker bot ruined it a bit though, not only taking the poor lass out but cutting the tracktime down too!! Anyway...........see you up there again real soon!!

No probs m8 i'll be in a better mood next time ,i'll make sure ma bike is runnin properly next time anyway thinking of going up next month sometime probably 3rd week when ave got some time catch you l8r.......

To tell you the truth m8 i don't think its ever been sorted but might be a good idea since the weather is braw, i'll start a thread see wot happens.......
