Knee Sliders

Right, for those that don't know I've been ill for the last week or so but am on the mend now. (Hence my fook up below)

Anyhow, I sold my old Wolf leathers due to them shrinking :)roll) and purchased a nice new shiny set - see piccie below. (What's the problem I hear you ask?)

The problem is I have packed off my lovely worn in knee sliders :)nana) with the old leathers off to the new owner, so I need a set of new sliders.

The new ones need to be sparky after seeing RS3mille's the other night and I just wanted to get your advice on which are best and where to get them from for a decent price. (So skint after buying new leathers :dowhat)

PS. I bought a set of these off FleaBay for a very reasonable price.

You can't go wrong with Motrax sparkies.

Take a look online and let me know what you want and i can probably do you some nice new ones cheaper than anyone else.

Or I can get you a set of lightly used ones if you would prefer.

Best to call them and pay via credit card, ask for James he's cool and does exactly what he says, which is rare these days.

I found Spada leathers to be excellent quality but a tad on the tight side dimension wise, I'm normally a 42 but had to go for 44 in these, better too big than too small. :eek:

£210 delivered to the door next day - beat that!

PS. Don't push it, you'll get your knee down one day I'm sure. Best not to think too much about it, find a deserted roundabout (not a mini one though) and practice, practice and practice some more till it happens.

its alot about your position on the bike as well as lean angle sort of lean off but forwards one cheek off the seat with your knee going towards the front wheel and out rather than just out sounds wierd but it works

Customer Service or What?

OK update on the situation:

PM'd Steve yesterday at around 2pm ish asking for an invoice for a set of sparky sliders and some Renapur leather wax. (Great deal by the way)

Well it arrived after about half an hour with an excuse that he was watching the bike warm ups or racing. (Why can't we all have jobs like that?) :nana

Paid said invoice via Paypal and thought it would arrive Monday, perhaps Tuesday ish. :eatcorn

Imagine my face when the bits arrived this morning. :doug

Steve, your customer service is second to none mate and I would urge all the guys on here to use you as a source point for bits they need. :thumbup
